Today I’d like to change things up a bit. Instead of our usual format where I dig on a couple of recent titles, I’m going to take a deeper look at one single title. Something that isn’t brand, brand new - but something that’s not old news either. Kind of like a mildly late review, ha-ha.
For our first attempt at this I went with a title that is more my personal taste and I hope you’ll dig it as well. So let’s get started with Joanna Angel And James Deen's European Vacation. Not quite a parody, not exactly a balls-out gonzo flick – this movie is another Alt-Porn foray from the cool cats at Burning Angel. It has the lovely little tat-punk-princess Joanna Angel, paired up with the AVN Award Winning James Deen! So far, so good! Let’s accompany the couple one their sordid and exciting European Vacation.

Joanna and James have great chemistry together, during and in between the sex – this goes a long way in making this title entertaining, funny and sexy as hell. Having undeniable fun and garnering some new friends along the way, everything works out in the end for the enterprising couple as they finally procure enough cash to get home. As the credits roll, we are treated to a candid picture montage, ala “The Hangover”.
The sex is plentiful and varied. There’s plenty of boy/girl action, multiple girl/girl scenes with some threesomes and a foursome thrown in as well. Proving that she is more than capable, and showing that she has grown abundantly in the talent department, Joanna Angel once again tackles the task of directing with skill and aplomb.
All-in-all this is no amateur effort. They do a fantastic job capturing scenic European sites is then coupling them with a punk/metal soundtrack and attitude – creating a unique atmosphere and experience. This also does the job of not only being entertaining, it gives the feel that this could actually be the footage genuinely captured. Add to that the humorous special features and you’ve got yourself a great film that’s pleasing on multiple levels.
So there you have it. Hope you will enjoy this flick as much as I did.
Later,
Hank Longhorn
